Yeah something is wrong, I drive 1\2 to 2\3 city driving and I got a heavy foot and I average ~17 to 20mpg, ~300 to 350 miles to a 18 gallon tank. I drive a 2004 4x4 blazer with 99,800 miles, almost got done with tune up, I was around 11 to 12 mpg.

Just information, in my case , city driving mainly on my 99 138000 km , 360-380 km in summer time.
for a tank of 64 to 66 liters.
That's about someting around 17 to 18 liters/100 km. I found it poor. You seemsbetter then me.
And i spare you winter condition.

SillyLittleBlazer, I would consider your fuel economy to be the above average. Typical city mileage for these trucks is 14-16 average while highway should be 18-20. To be consistently down around 13mpg is to the low side. My Bravada was the worst of everything having the smaller 70 series tires, 3.73 gears and AWD and I averaged 15mpg on my one way commute of 6 miles through light residential and a few stops. Best I ever saw was 18.5mpg and that was all highway. Gears, drivetrain, tires, state of maintenance, and fuel all play a huge role in your observed fuel mileage as does the operating conditions (weather, terrain, traffic).

Agreed, thanks for adding to the things I left off, the OE equipment.
