Exclamation '01 Blazer mecanical engage front axle ?

I thought I read somewhere that there is a kit I can get to mechanically engage the front axle, and links to help me out ?
I'm still combating this 4x4 issue and had to dump a bunch of money in the front end. Now winter is here and going to need 4x4 soon.
I plan on pulling the encoder again and physically putting it in 4x4 auto then slathering everything with heavy grease to protect it for now. But I still need a way to lock in the front end. I tell ya, as much as I like this Blazer, I'm regretting buying it
