Default 01 blazer, p0300, surging when accelerating

Hey all, I'm having an issue I cant shake, its testing my patience lol.

01 blazer, last year I replaced the fuel pump (AC Delco), plugs, wires, cap, rotor, all AC Delco, thermostat.

Took the hoopty up to the zone to have a scan, pulled P0300, recommended a cap and rotor, replaced that and the old rotor looked all burnt with all kinds of carbon build up on the tip. replaced it with a duralast gold to see if it would help, it did not. PCV valve, did not help. cleaned off the MAF, nothing. Borrowed a friends scan tool and got a freeze frame. Here's what I came up with

P0300

Fuel Sys1
OL, not ready CL
Fuel Sys2
OL, not ready CL
Calc Load(%)
25%
Coolant
103
ST FTRM1
4.6%
LT FTRM1
9.3
ST FTRM2
2.3
LT FTRM2
11.7
MAP
18.0
Engine RPM
2054
Veh Speed
62
MAF
5.307lb/min
ABSLT TPS
25.8

when this issue first started I had the cat code, replaced an o2 sensor and it was fine for maybe an hour, pulled the same cat code again, replaced the cat, still no guts. the o2 sensor is an NTK, and looked different than the OEM o2 sensor, I know some vehicles are picky with o2 sensors... could it be o2 sensor related? or do any of those numbers above look funky to you? and if so, what is your professional opinion?.

Thanks in advance. It means a lot.

First off ALL ignition should be acdelco, including fuel pump . Second do a fuel leakdown test. New pumps can be bad out of the box. Also you could have a bad spider which a proper leakdown test will tell you. Do this and come back with results

Changed the fuel filter and i have power back, no more misfires... think I damaged the fuel line while replacing the filter though, I'm shooting out gas lol. taking it to a shop monday to let them deal with the fuel line, I'm not working in the driveway on that with no lift and no heat, the wind is too bitter cold right now. But hopefully someone else can find this thread to be helpful.

I'm new to this forum and would like to say "Thank-you" for posting your solution. To many people after getting help on these boards fail to follow up with their solutions or end results.
