I get int fire it up put it in neutral and put the 4hi button and you can here the control module on the kick panel click like 5 times and it stays in 2wd. If I push the 4low button nothing happens. It has a brand new tcase motor. Im at a loss.

 

theres a few thing you can do. first off check to see if there are any trouble codes by grounding pin 13 on your data link connector (under dash), turn key to on but dont start and the 4x4 buttons should flash a 1-4 code followed by 3 second pause this only works on the 3 button 233 TC (i think those came on ZR2). if you already replaced the encoder motor its either the TCCM (behind passenger kick panel) or selector. i would also go through and check all the vacuum hoses make sure there is no dry rot. but this sound like its electrical
