Default 1995 Blazer Heater Problem

I have a 95 Blazer. It is getting cold up here and when I turn the heat **** to Heat or Vent, only the Defrost heat is coming out. It is blowing hot air, put no matter what setting I have it on, it only blows Defrost air up at the windshield. Any ideas? When I turn the heat dial it does click so I dont think the dial is stripped. Any help and advise would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Joe

do you have a vacuum leak?
is this only happening on heat?
check the actuators on the side of the plenum areas and see if they are even moving.
there is two on the drivers side below dash and one on pass side behind glove box that i am aware of.
