I don't have any Blazers that old any longer and I cannot find anything but general information about fuses in the book I have.

I have solved a good number of electrical issues using a wire tracer. ToolKing.com: Gardner Bender ET64220 Wire Tracker Wire Tracer This device sends a signal through the wire and you can use the sniffer to follow where the wire goes. This is mainly used for locating a break in a wire.

In the owners manual, what does it say fuse #23 is for? There are several circuits that use a pnk wire, and typically they are HOT in the START & RUN position.
