Default 1995 Blazer Rear Driver's Wheel Issue

Disclaimer: I don't know much about automobiles in general, even less about Chevy Blazers..

My girlfriend's truck has a flat on the rear driver's side wheel. I already have a replacement wheel so I just want to take that one off and put the new one on. I took the nuts off but I can't seem to pull the wheel off no matter how hard I try. I've replaced the rear passenger wheel before without issue. Is there something different about the driver's side wheel?

No there's nothing different. It should come right off. It's probably just rust or corrosion keeping it from coming off.
