Hey guys, just wanted to update you. Last weekend I did the spider and fuel lines along with an AC Delco cap and rotor. I cant say it runs much better, still has an SES light most of the time, but it doesnt reek of gas anymore. The spider was obviously part of the problem and I did notice more carbon build up on the drivers side by quite a bit... I know theres a term for it but I cant remember it right now. The weird thing is that the car runs almost perfect (No SES light and only a slight ebb and flow of the throttle during acceleration) when its cold and damp but when its over 60 degrees, it still runs rough, if not worse than before. Im going to try plugs this weekend and see if that isnt part of the problem along with cleaning the EGR. Anything else I should check? I've tried and failed at getting the codes read, I have the OBD1 system with the OBD 2 plug.. neither Autozone or Advance can run them. If nothing helps, I do have an appointment at my buddys shop next week that will diagnose it for a small fee.
