I would recommend a fuel pressure leak down test using a fuel pressure gauge connected to the fuel pressure test port behind the throttle body. Connect the gauge and cycle the key a few times waiting for the pump to turn on, then turn off again, to build the system pressure. You should see pressures between 52psi and 60psi. Then turn the key off and monitor the pressure. If the pressure drops more than 2-3psi, you have a leak somewhere. Most probable is the FPR.
