Default 1997 jimmy heating/hvac problems

I have a 98 gmc jimmy. It has the auto climate control. The problem I have is the air only comes from the vents and I only have hot nothing else. Any help would be appreciated. Is it the actuator, controller, vacuum line.

I had the same problem with my '01. If you look on the drivers side fender, there's a vac line running to a vac reservoir inside the fender. Make sure that line is connected. There's also a T-fitting with another line coming off of that one. Make sure that is connected also. Mine was broken at the T-fitting and I couldn't find the original line to reconnect it so I ran a new line.
