Hey guys, I've got an issue with an evap code coming up PO446.
It will ONLY come on if it's raining.. i can reset the code once its dry outside and it will only return during the next rain. It's running rich and when it's warmed up it bogs down quite a bit when trying to get going from a red light. Strong smell of gas while it's running. Engine is clear of any fuel leaks. This may seem like a simple problem for some of you but I'm not sure where to start? So far fuel lines farther back and possibly the canister as well?
It's a 1998 Jimmy SLS, 4.3l 4x4. Since picking it up I've replaced the transmission and front hubs. Doubtful of any wiring i may have nicked during tranny swap causing this, but very open to suggestions! Any info would be awesome

No evidence of fuel leaks on the ground either
