Default 1998 Y-Pipe

My brother has a 1998 4.3 and he needs a new y-pipe but he says that they are super expensive to buy. I find that hard to believe. I was wondering if you guys could give me some advice on where to look for him to pick one up for relatively cheap. It doesn't matter if it is with the cat or without. Thanks alot for the help.
