1999 to 2001 Body/Engine/Drivetrain compatibility?

1999 to 2001 Body/Engine/Drivetrain compatibility?
My 2001 died so I picked up a 1999 ZR2. Both are 2 door 4x4's with the 4.3, I've got some questions for you guys...
1. Will most of the body and engine components swap down from the 2001 to 1999?
Specifically these that I've already put into the 2001:
Starter, Alternator, Fuel Pump, Heater Core, Radiator
2. ABS makes a grinding sound but appears to still work, one youtube video says this is normal - but it doesn't sound normal. I've never had ABS before so I'm not sure.
