The right hand top door hinge (drivers door on RHD) is pulling away from the bodywork.
I have seen repair kits for the left hand door but not the right hand.

Do I have to remove existing hinge by drilling out the spot welds or can I repair by some other method?

I live in rural Normandy so sofisticated workshop equipment is rare.

Good Day! I own a unit that is LHD and noticed that when I first stole it that some body/fabrication shop was able to repair this same issue utilizing some basic ingenuity-and while it is not pretty and the welding burned the paint at that location,I was able to paint the scars and found that they actually did a permenent repair! Look into a local machinist! May save you some Euros! Good luck!
