Default 1999 power seat binds

My power seat gets in a bind when I try to move it forward or back. Motor works fine. Previous owner said someone reached under the seat, not realizing it was a powerseat, to move it and broke some bar or something. I can see the left screw turn ,but not the right. Anybody have any pictures ? Thanks..........

There is a drive shaft that runs from side to side. This is probably what they broke. I know there is a thread around here somewhere that has pictures.

*EDIT* And here is a thread discussing this very thing:
98 power seat problem
Found using the search term "seat+sync".

Thanks a lot swartlkk. I knew there had to be a thread, but I wasn't smart enough to come up with it.

my 98 blazer electric driverside seat binds when moving foward/backward.

its probably the shaft that connect the left track to the right track, but i cant find a way to remove the motor/tube/shaft assembly !

i bought another truck for parts so i have a working shaft but i need to find out how to remove it and reinstall it in my other truck.

i found a coupel threads that talks about troubleshooting but no one says how to remove that tube.

thanks for any help ! and i gotta send the part truck to the scrapyard tuesday so i need to hurry on this part removal.

thanks again,
Anthony

i finally found how to do it by myself, just remove the plastic caps and pull the shafts with longnose pliers !
