Default 1st blazer need help!

1995 blazer 2 dr auto.

i have several problems i need help with.

1st is the problem with the blinkers, they dont work, hazards work tho. (ive posted in the other topic about it)

also when i push the brakes the right turn signal lights up(along with the right turn signal in the dash)

i also have a plug that i have no idea where it plugs in, its on the passenger side, comes from the front(or around from the other side) the wires are green and black(just 2 wires) any idea?

and also the windshield washer motors dont seem to work (both front and rear) and i didnt see a fuse listed on the panel for it.

and are there any fuses under the hood?

on the 95 is there supposed to be a ECU mounted on top of the coolant reservoir?

im hoping i can turn this $1,000 truck into a decent truck.

thanks everyone
Kevin

Could you snap a picture of that plug and post it?

As far as the blinker, locate the flasher modules (under the dash) and replace the turn signal flasher relay. If that does not work, then the multifunction switch is the likely cause. It is by far cheaper to try the flasher relay first though.

I would disconnect the electrical connection at the windshield washer pump and test for voltage when you have the switch in washer mode. I am not sure where the fuse for the washer pumps is located off the top of my head...

ill get that picture tomorrow. and ill see about changing that relay.

another issue is that when i lift the drivers handle(when locked or not) the light dont come on, but it does if i lift the passenger handle. is there a sensor or something in there?

and i cant open open the glass from the outside, but the inside switch works fine.

thanks
Kevin
