basically, I got backed into the other night inside a parking garage and the guy left a note but no information, phone numbers, ect... so i'm left to have to fix it but luckily nothing really broke the front bow tie broke into a million pieces and the reason i'm here is because there are clips that hold the grille on and no one seems to have those i don't know where i would go to get those...

And my completely unrelated question Where is the oil filter located? i'm asking because all the other cars I had it was under the hood (i know I probably sound like a noob lol) but from what i can see i can't find it under the car either...

Oil filter on my 04 is under the plastic shield there is a door with a screw that says oil filter access, but i dont know what year yours is so, could be different

 

2WD or 4WD determines the location of the oil filter.

Try www.rockauto.com they have a lot of OEM parts & fairly easy to look up. Find a posting from XgiovaniX or however John spells his nic lol & in his signature at the bottom you'll see a link for the rock auto monthly discount code. If you order the clips or whatever you need you do, if not at least you'll be able to ask for the proper part/s when calling around locally.

If it's a FWD 2nd gen blazer then what ABSLT said is true. It's above the plastic or steel plate under the front bumper through the "Access Door". Usually it's just a flat head screwdriver to open it. Knowing exactly what vehicle, year, model, sub model etc would help a lot with getting the correct answers.
