2000 blazer fuel issue

Default 2000 blazer fuel issue
today i stopped my truck and it wouldn t start i have norrowed it down to a fuel issue and i did some reading on here and i want to try and bypss the relay i am looking for some detailed instructionson how to do this

ok i just put a another relay in there and it didnt work so im goin to say its the pump so off i go to replace it
