Hey guys I'm having yet another problem with my 2000 Chevy blazer 4door 4x4. When in 2hi from a stop the truck seems to pick up speed really slow. I push on the gas harder and it seems to do nothing. Then all of a sudden it will kick In and pick up speed fast like boost had kicked I or something. Any ideas. Things to test ?

 

Sounds like MAF sensor .. My 2000 was doing the same thing .. Unplug it, take it for a drive see if shift and power changes.

 

Mike acted the same way when my MAF sensor went bad. I got a new MAF from Ebay and it made a massive difference.
