2000 Blazer LT 4.3 won't start

The camshaft gear is "harder" than the distributor gear, and it should not show signs of wear. The distributor gear sacrificial and will wear sooner.
Both upstream O2 sensor voltages should fluctuate.... 0 to 1 volt is wider than usual though. It should crossover roughly once per second.
Find the "Loop status" and see if it acts up as it changes to closed loop.
What is ECT, (engine coolant temperature) on the scan tool, (not dash gauge) when the engine is fully warmed up? Is the check engine light on? If so, what codes are in memory?

But anyways, as for the code, stored code is random misfire multiple cylinder.
It seems to get better when going from Open Loop to Closed Loop, but it's just a bit better in reality, as there's still a lack of power, just less noticeable.
Check Engine Light cleared itself off but it comes and goes.
