Paint the ram bolt with some aluminum based anti-seize it will stop it from binding.
Not sure what they call it in the UK.

It's finally done :-) Popped a little hole in the rad with the wrench but its done, just about to order a rad. Happy though that its done.

I'm after a Snorkel next as the Air box is broken too so I'd rather just go snorkel instead.. I'll be doing it next year anyway so I might as well do it now. I've got no problem putting something together for that unless someone knows of one for sale. Also looking for lift kits in the UK so will do a little research with that.
