2000 blazer wont start. no crank, no click nada
just bought my wife a 2000 chevy blazer. I had to wait a few weeks to turn in the fusion lease we had prior before transferring the plates. I am aware that sitting in the cold kills batteries, but this doesn't seem to be the case.
Anyway, she took it to target today ( the fourth day of actually driving it) went in and did her shopping, and came back out and truck would not start. Oh yeah, shes 4 and a half months preggo also. There is no crank, no clicking, nada.
Took battery to autozone to have it tested. they said it is ok. old but ok. They even charged it for a while (which blew my mind, as I hadn't bought anything).
anyway, didn't feel like dicking with it in the gusty coldass winds of michigan in the target parking lot so i strapped it to the ol' ford and towed it to where I work ( theres a mechanic there that can help me out tomorrow in the morning).
I hadn't gotten under there to tap the starter, as my father told me that card didn't quite fit the scenario. I began flipping through the owners manuals fuse diagrams but didn't really get into anything.
Aside from checking the fuses, recharging the battery, and tapping the starter, are there any suggestions you folks may have, or someone who perhaps has had the same problem and knows the solution (perhaps its a common occurance for this auto, there seems to be similar questions on the web)
any help y'alls can throw my way would be greatly appreciated.

Are you getting any electric at all? I had a similar problem with my 2000 S-Blaze and it was just loose and/or corroded battery terminals. Had power to everything (including the radio) but would not crank, in fact everything would turn off when i tried! If that helps at all great make sure you use terminal spray / Dieelectric grease on the terminals!
And congratulations!
And congratulations!
