Default 2000 chevy blazer

We have replaced EGR,Plugs and wires rotor cap and rotor and still no power when trying to push the gas pedal normal, but if you floor it she picks up and goes. Not sure what's wrong.

If you want a diagnostics approach and have a scanner:

Any codes?
What are your fuel trims?
Do the fuel pressure leak down test in the sticky

If you want the parts cannon:

Flooring it over rides the oxygen sensor closed loop fuel control loop and commands a rich fuel mixture so you likely have a fuel delivery issue. Candidates for replacement are fuel pump, regulator, upstream oxygen sensors, injector spider, fuel filter.

Let me know which way you want to go.
