Default 2000 chevy blazer

Ok I am having a problem with my 2000 Chevy s10 blazer. when I take off from a dead stop it will stumble a few times when it shifts from 1st to 2nd then agen from 2nd to 3rd. it does not do it all the time but it seems worse when its wet out or cold but it will still do it any time. Also if I put it in 3rd (it is an automatic) it will start stumbling around 2500 rpm. I have put new plugs and wires on it and am rely stumped on what it is or what to do. I have an obd code reader and about once a week it will give me a random or multiple cylinder misfire code. Please HELP!!!

you check the injectors by doing a leak down test provided in this link

96+ Fuel System Diagnosis - Blazer Forum - Chevy Blazer Forums

also what brand ignition products did you use
its best to use delco products for these motors

they run best with them
