Default 2000 "trailblazer" that ticks
my blazer ticks all the time except when your foot is on the brakes and when you hold down the hazard lights button down.
can any one help its driving me crazy!

Sounds like a faulty hazard switch, but could be a problem deeper into the multifunction switch.

Run a search on "hazard switch" and you should find quite a few threads on the subject.
