In late 2019, my 2001 Blazer started to have queasy low speed operation and a bad idle and got bad enough to go dead at stop lights twice. I didn't know what to do but a knowledgeable friend told me with great confidence to try a can of Seafoam through the fuel tank. After a few days on it, the symptoms went away and have not returned. Surprised me. I hope you find your solution soon. I attributed the problem being caused by buying non-top tier gas for 11 months waiting in long lines at S---- (membership store); cancelled membership at one year.
