I have a 2001 blazer 2dr. It has been hard to start in the morning having to pump the pedal until I can smell gas then it starts real rough . In the past few days it bogs down when driving, hard to get to 30 mph.will eventually will get up to 60mph, Just lacks power. Today I went to Autozone & had 2 - o2 front codes, MAF code & a misfire code. I replaced the o2 's & cleaned MAF with cleaner. Was going back to Autozone & have them clear the computer,but bogs worse now cant get up 10 mph..I replaced fuel pump & filter about 2 weeks ago. Any help would be appreciated.

 

I have a 2001 chevy blazer also, 2 door, 4.3 liter v6 with the same problems, want get above 30 mph or rev high, has little to no power, was throwing some codes, ( I will include them later) Maf, misfire code, also and egr, i checked the Egr and i was fine, the blazer had problems before that i have sorted out and now i am having these problems, poor little blazer has been threw a lot, lol, new fuel filter, new spark plugs, new spark plug wires, new rotor and cap, and i tried cleaning the Maf with a Maf cleaner, still no luck, pulling one O2 sensor and gonna try and drive it soon to see it the Cat is stopped up. Any suggestions on this make and model, i don't think it is the spider. Btw.

 

Had your check engine light been on at all prior to your bogging down problems? I would suggest if you've never replaced it, look at the Cat.

 

You may also want to do a fuel pressure and leakdown test.
