I was wondering if anyone had any clues as to what might be wrong with my Chevy 2001 Blazer. I put the key in the ignition and the lights come on, the radio works, everything. When I turn the key the lights go out and the engine will not start. I keep trying to turn the key and it eventually will start.
I just replaced the battery, I have a new alternator. It is not the solenoid either. I just cannot figure out what might be causing this. If anyone has any ideas I would be very greatful. Thanks.

Loose connection on battery? Ground straps good, tight, and clean?

I cleaned the connections when I put the new battery in today.
