I took out the air intake compartment to check under the reservoir and all of the wires seemed fine and connected. The ones that go to the left and right of the hood were also connected. There is however one wire/tubing that goes underneath the brake fluid reservoir and I couldn't trace where it went.
I also checked the tubings around and I found these weirdos..
One seems to be coming from the pcv valve area but the other is near the fuse box.

Are these related? If not what/where should I look into?
Also when I shift the button inside up and down and press it nothing happens no sound no nothing.

Those pics are of vacuum lines. The one with the bolt is supposed to connect to a reservoir in the fender. The stem pointing down connects to the green tube.
By saying "shift the button" I'm guessing you're talking about the rear wiper. Start simple and check the fuse.

I recall mine doing the same thing. I am pretty sure it was the wiper pulse control board. It was sooo long ago I had that problem.
Like most circuit boards on these vehicles, the wiper pulse control board has a solder joint problem.
You can find the pulse board here:

The spots on the board that need to be resoldered.

Actually neither work and the fuses are fine.
I was opening the back to fix the rear window rod retainer and I found out the the hose to the wiper is cut on the outside.

I looked up the wiper arm on rock auto for the rear. It is doorman and it looks different

Any suggestions on what to do with this part?
Also thanks for the detailed info with the pics. I will definitely try that once im done with the rear..

Alright so I found out that the switch was dirty and didnt work so I took it out cleaned it out and the wiper started working so thats out of the way. However when I pressed the washer button I didnt see any fluid coming out at the back.
I heard this hmmmm noise from the front when I pressed the rear washer button but whenever I pushed the front washers actuator from the side that hmmm noise wasnt there and only the blades would move.
is there just one motor to pump for the front and the back?

I would guess broken, not clogged. Mine froze and split under the driver's side carpet. It was split before I bought it. The previous owner only filled it to the higher pump. Does anything freeze in California?
Your vacuum lines concern me. More than that. A mechanic that would shove a bolt in a vacuum line. Look at everything very closely.
Maybe switch the pumps to help determine where the problem is.

Ok so I messed with the pumps and heres what happened.
The front pump wasnt working but the back one was. Luckily my uncle was around with his astro van so I swapped the fronts pump with mine since the back and front pumps are different and all worked perfectly, the front works and sprays just fine so no need for the re soldering or anything.
The back one however the pump was working and I took out the vaccum line and it was spraying perfectly but no water from the back vaccum line at all so definitely something blocking the way.
And no nothing freezes here if your not up the mountains but this car started its journey from florida to arizona then to me so you never know what might have happened.
Do you know what the path of the vaccum line to the back is once its past the firewall into the cabin?
If I run it for a while and dont see water leaks I am gonna feed it some coke and maybe that will clear things up if theres a buildup somewhere

The line through the firewall is for the rear washer. I found my leak on the driver's side carpet by the door. Glad "Rain X" washer fluid is orange. Your line in the pic was cut at the rear wiper. It could be leaking into your end gate or somewhere else. I would go with compressed air if you can't find a water leak. Air will hiss or even whistle when it finds a fault in the line. Coke will stain carpet, make your truck sticky and full of ants.
