Yeah I checked the end gate water wouldnt come out the hose and yeah you are right I'll go with air first.. glad I fixed the rest tho the back wiper wasnt working, the lock actuator, license plate lights and the front washer...

 

Ok I took out the joints at the back right before it goes under the carpet and I stuck a long wire inside it and a feet and a half in it got stuck and when I pulled it out It was covered in yellow/green colored grease that smelled like crap.. I just got a syringe full of xylene which is a solvent and sprayed inside. Left it over night and the next day i let the pump run for a while and it finally freed up everything.
All fixed!
