Default 2001 too much fuel

Was driving on th Hwy a few days ago and all the sudden the Blazer just started running very rough, wouldn't idle on its own. I replaced the fuel pump and filter about 6 month ago. This week I put a new Dist. in it, coail, module, cap rotor, and wires. While I had the plugs out today I cranked it over for few seconds a fuel is spewing out of all the plug holes. She won't fire and I think it is due to too much gas. Anyone know the primary suspects for this? Press. regulator? Not often I have had the isuue of so much gas it puts out my spark!!! Any help is appreciated.
