Right now, I am replacing my blend door actuator (Vents only, heat only works on full) and discovered this white plastic that the metal arm hooks to and lucky me I don't know WTH it's called so I can order one. Let alone what it's going to take to replace. Super helpful with one good hand. Why couldn't it have got stuck on defroster floor?????
