Default 2001 zR2 msd distributor install no start on 6 mark only cranks 1 tooth advanced

Hey guys ...I'm a 24 year ASE Technician and did a msd dist install on my 4.3 (w) zr2 blazer.....if I align all the timing marks it will putt on 2 cylinders and idle for 30 seconds and will run (with a 1345) only when advanced 1tooth on dist ...has anyone experienced this ...it was a basket case when I got it with everything tore down to the heads so I didn't pull the factory dist nor hear it run before hand BUT it doesn't miss with tooth advanced but acceleration is very poor so I checked the TPS and it's fine also replaced the spider inj with a Delco upgrade to MPFI. ANY OPINIONS WELCOME!
