2002 jimmy fog bulbs?? HID time

2002 jimmy fog bulbs?? HID time
i have a 02 jimmy sls with the fogs built into the headlights.
i want to put in hid for the fogs and low beams.
the lows i know are 9005 but the bulb code is rubbed off the fog bulb..
looks like it says H2W but i think there was something missing like H2_W but i cant tell
any help appreciated.
oh and is it a bad idea to have lows and fogs both hid considering they are in the same headlight housing? too much heat???
