My idle is a little rough and I am getting bad mpg. I mean, like less than 250 miles per tank. No codes and no other drivability issues. Truck has plenty of power and runs smooth above idle. Any thoughts? Should I just throw a full tune up at it and see what happens? It has 133k miles. I've only owned it for a few months.

And don't cheap out on the important stuff!
