2003 #1 cylinder help!!!

ok i got 60 psi reading for a second then it just drops fast. the book says it supposed to hold the pressure around 60..do u kno what that meens?

if your fuel pressure is droping then you have a leak. it could be the check ball in the pump or a injector or a fuel line. if you have a misfire in the motor i waould assume a injector.

If you have checked for spark on #1 and verified that it is timed properly, then it sounds like your problem is a failed injector on the #1 cylinder either that or a grounded trigger wire somewhere between the PCM and the connector on the spider. You could confirm this by removing the upper plenum and reinstalling the fuel lines. Pull each injector and pressurize the system. None of them should leak. If the #1 injector leaks without the electrical connector being connected to the spider, then the injector is stuck open and needs to be replaced.
