There will not be a code for a bad fuel pump.
Normally when you have a crank but no start condition then you check for adequate spark when cranking and then you perform the fuel pressure test in the sticky post at the top of this forum to check the fuel pump/regulator for pressure and injectors for leaks.Because you have codes related to the passlock security system those first two things may be OK but the system may be disabling the fuel injectors. The resistor fix substitutes a bad ignition cylinder Hall effect sensor with a fixed resistor to allow the truck to satisfy the passlock criteria and allow the truck to start. Usually the yellow wire is cut near the pcm and a 2200 ohm resistor is soldered between the yellow wire on the pcm side with the black ground return wire. Then you perform a passlock relearn function to recognize the 2200 passlock resistance value. The other fix is to replace the ignition assembly.
