2004 Blazer RWD shifting hard 1st and 2nd

I got home last night with no problems but this morning when I pulled out of my driveway I noticed jerking when speeding up. It happens when it shifts from 1st and 2nd, possibly 3rd? I was in a hurry this morning so I will double check on my way back from work. No lights are on so far. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
