I bought my new fuel filler neck hose and return hose from
https://www.fillernecksupply.com/
I think I paid like $26 including shipping and they worked perfectly.
BTW, I just purchased and installed a new fuel tank on my 2001 ZR2 Blazer that I purchased from Amazon for $81.00. It was a Spectra Premium Tank #GM18D, awesome quality.
I also replaced my fuel filler neck with the Spectra Premium # FN741 purchased on Amazon for $44.98

Mine did have the return hose. Strange yours does not, not sure when or why they changed it. Here is a link that shows all the two door blazers use the same fuel tank.

That's what I bought.
That same company has the single fuel filler neck for your 2005, I'm guessing they did away with the vent tube (small hose) starting in 2003

i have a 04 2 door and my tank is plastic. it does not have a extra nipple next to the filler. its a single filler pipe with a tank vent up by the pump. i have having an issue filling my tank and this vent is the only thing i can think of. the new tanks are metal and will not work. unless someone has an idea on what is going on. good luck trying to find a fuel tank vent for the plastic tanks. and good luck trying to find a new oem plastic tank. i bought given up on this thing.. and just gonna sell it.
