4 button transfer case all lights stay on

1999 s10 blazer all 4x4 dash lights stay lighted and does not change state. It is the 4 button transfer case

Sounds like TCCM is bad since it controls every status light in the selector switch on the 4-button. Sounds like module is not fully booting up. Check connectors for corrosion and then voltage across the two large wires (black and red IIRC) when buttons are pushed. Report.
