Default 4wd-ABS-service 4wd light.info need please

Alright sorry if im beating down an old path here, just got a 2000 blazer with 185xxx..runs great my mother has owned it the last 10 years..soft easy miles, has not been "offroad" the whole time she owned it.several years backi went tried to put it in 4wd and it would not go in 4h or 4l,do not know why, maybe an actuator?Me and gramps change the front brakes and the wires that come with them about a month ago, when driving and hit the brakes it would like it was skipping/sliding in the front, right after we changed them the Abs light came on and it occasionally still does the skipping.i have no idea on that one.last the service 4wd light came on a week ago,any thoughts and opinions would be appreciated,thanks-mike

Firstly you need to get the codes and also have you looked at the pads and ABS speed sensors?

Concerning the AWD, have to checked the TCCM?

Possibly need to replace the wheel bearings? I have a 2000 blazer and my wheel bearings need to be replaced. The abs light has been on since I bought the thing two years ago, a friend of mine read the codes and said the abs light was on because of my wheel bearings. So try that?
