4wd Low wont turn off

Default 4wd Low wont turn off

gotta 97 blazer 2dr 4x4 and the 4wd low gets stuck on and wont go back to 2wd....4wd high works and switches back fine...

Sounds like your encoder motor is sticking in your transfer gear box. Hope this helps.

I recently fixed a problem exactly like this on my uncles truck. The issue was a chewed up gear inside the encoder motor.

alright can i replace the gear its self or the whole motor on transfercase....?
