Default 4wd problems

I think i might have a problem with my 4wd but im not 100% sure, when i switch my 2001 blazer into 4wd you can hear the actuator engage but the front wheels don't feel like they move, is there a way that i can see if my 4wd works

Thanks,
jeff

i put my blazer on jack stands to see if i switched it into 4wd if the front tires would spin but nothing happened, does anyone have any ideas what it could possibly be?

Do you have the Auto4wd option?

Switch it into 4x4, and back up few feet to engage it..
