tcase motor replaced,
tccm flashed, replaced
wire from tccm to tcase new,

i had to re-wire the plug for the tccm due to water/corrosion damage.

transfer case shifts and locks into 4hi, 4low, and 2wd no problem.
rear axle locks up like it should,
but NOTHING from front axle.
doesnt even try to engage,

any help would be appriciated, im not sure of what to look at next,

Hey man I just went through the same thing with my 98 blazer. I replaced the actuator under the battery tray, which it wasnt bad. Ended up being a transfer case switch which was 10.99 | O'Reilly Auto Parts Mine was doing the same exact thing as yours

theres a switch on your transfer case that lets it select 4hi 4lo or 2wd

your transfer case locks into these options

your problem is the front end isnt engaging

did you check the vac line under the battery ? what about the Actuator or the cable ?

this thread shows you how to check and test these things

Yeah crawl under the drivers side and its on the top but you can still see it with some maneuvering and a light. I think it's a 7/8-22mm to take it off. I'd start there since it's only 10.99

its a 7/8s but pulling the cable from uptop with a vise grip and trying to drive the truck to see if the fronts engaged works way better

a way to see if its engaged is when your in 4 low do a sharp turn youll feel a jumping feeling in the steering wheel

OR you could jack up the whole truck with all 4 wheels off the floor

I did both at that time
