4x4 problem

Default 4x4 problem

my 98 blazer lt is 4x4 and is having a problem cant figure it out what causing it. my vacum hose got burnt through to the 4x4. the vacum hoses run from top of the transfer case above the tranny and to the motor n stuff so i replaced it and it still having the same problem it wont disengage from 4x4 it stuck in 4 hi and when i press the button for either 4lo or 2hi all i hear is a clicking noise coming from the control modual for the 4x4 on the passenger kick panel. so i unpluged the vacum from the transfer case and it disengages it and have to unplug the transfer case and modual whats wrong help
