Well then mine certainly isn't working as designed. approx. 11.9 gallons fills it up from "empty", I'll check out some more threads.

I doubt that lifetime warranty covers all the other parts I had to replace because of t-case fluid contamination. I saved $20 so I could spend $100 and kill a gorgeous Saturday one year later. I'll stick with GM on this one.

Um. yes. Lol. Lets see, would you rather have a aftermarket part for 3/4 of the price with a lifetime warranty so you can keep replacing it every other week? Or just spend the money to get the job done right the first time?

And then there was the actual fitment of the Dorman switch...the 3 tubes sticking out of it were too small of a diameter to fit snugly into the rubber cap thing. So the first time I needed 4WD, no 4WD. After wrapping them with duct tape to get a better seal (which worked), then I noticed the plactic alignment tab broke off and was a pain to get the rubber cap aligned correctly.

So yeah...I love me some aftermarket parts on many things, but not this.
