Well, I was driving home from work today, and I started to smell antifreeze very heavily in my Blazer. Not even a minute later, my check engine light came on. Well, i was less then 5 minutes from the dealership where i bought it and I stopped in. After a quick check, it needs a new intake gasket. They are goin to cover it. I'm glad it happened now before my 30 day warranty runs out, but this still sucks. Hope this fixes the last of the issues for now.

 

I'd say they threw in some Bar's leaks and hoped it would make it 30 days

Good for you it didn't last . I would make sure I inspect their work thoroughly though..

 

Got it back today. Everything seems fine now.

 

I suggest check your coolents color to make sure they didnt just put in stop leak.

 

They fixed it correctly. My cousin owns the dealership, but he is a little weird. We are not super close, but my mom works in the office there, and she keeps an eye out for me.
