i have a 97 blazer and my gas tank is shot. anymore than half tank it pisses everywhere. im finding all kinds of different prices. i seem to find them cheap for 95's. would that work no problems in my 97? thanks

From what I was able to find the cutoff year between tank types was '94.

I don't know what kind of prices you were looking at but here's some links for a couple of places to look.

LMC Truck.

Classic Inudstries.

JC Whitney.

Good Luck!

I believe 95+ is 2nd gen, in which case they should be the same but, if you have a 4dr, make sure you get a tank for the 4dr, or if 2dr, one for the 2dr, because I do believe there are differences there.
