Default 95 Blazer 4x4 not working

Hey- Just got the motor in the truck, and now it snows, and the only wheel spinning is the passenger rear.

I have push-button 4wd, and when I select 4lo, i can hear the relays click, and the transfer case shift.

When I push 4lo, the transfer case shifts again, and after putting it in drive, the truck lurches forward just like it should in 4lo.

But when i apply throttle, only the passenger rear spins, and the is a loud clicking/rattling noise from under car, by driver seat.

HELP!

Thanks. was able to find a vacuum line that came undone from the cable acuator during the motor swap 4wd seems to be engaging now!!

But the noise remains. I have searched a lot of threads looking for someone with a similar problem, but have not found an exact match.

The noise I have is most prevalent in reverse, at idle, even when the truck is not moving. It is consistent with engine speed. Could be coming from the area of the torque converter.
It will happen from a dead stop until about 20 mph. The harder i accelerate, the louder the noise. The best way to describe it is a metal tapping.

If the noise is occurring even when you are not moving, then it is not a drivetrain issue, but rather a powertrain issue. I would inspect your motor mounts for excessive movement as well as take a look at the flex plate. I have broken a few flex plates in the past and they will tick quite a bit when they are just cracked. It'll then get a lot worse when they finally break loose.
