Default '95 Blazer - Can I swap front end to 98+? How?

Hey everyone, I have a 1995 Blazer but I like the 98 and up front ends. Is there any possible way I could swap the front ends without changing core support, etc.?

Thanks!

Its less work to change the rad support then to modify parts to fit...

Sure, get the correct core support, cut the headlight buckets off, take your old core support, cut the headlight buckets off, weld the newer buckets to the old support

If he pulls 2 core supports and cuts/welds them up instead of just using the right one ill cry from laughing.

the wiring on this link is wrong if you have DRLs, only one goes to ground other goes to relay.
